Program description

Customers who provide the required consent may receive text messages related to pest-control services, including appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling information, service updates, account information, customer-support communications, follow-up messages, and occasional promotional offers.

Consent

By opting in to the applicable SMS program, you authorize Curious Solutions to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using an an automated telephone dialing or messaging system.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Consent applies only to the message category selected by the customer. Consent for service-related messages does not automatically constitute consent for promotional messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your services, appointments, requests, interactions, and promotional preferences.

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your text or data plan.

Opting out

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We may send one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages covered by that SMS program unless you provide consent again.

We may also recognize other customary opt-out requests, such as END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. For the most reliable processing, reply STOP.
